Boxes of Barks for OCO Seniors

Subaru Ambassador Emily Liepke (above) delivered a donation of BarkBoxes to Oswego County Opportunities food pantry for senior citizens at the Mexico Kitchen. The BarkBoxes, which contain an assortment of dog treats and toys, were donated as part of the Subaru Ambassadors’ Day of Caring. Local Subaru Ambassadors collected a number of non-perishable food items as well as pet foods for the agency’s food pantry. Subaru Ambassadors are Subaru owners that represent the Subaru brand with honesty and enthusiasm and volunteer their time and talent to better their communities.

Dr. Dykas spoke about Circles of Security and how it benefits adults in building better parenting skills and providing a secure environment for their children. Mr. Hilts shared personal experience with Circles of Security and the positive impact it has had on his family. The guest speakers were arranged by Jen Woodward.
