Car Seat Demo provided for Moms-to-Be

Sonia Robinson (r) of the Oswego County Health Department and Buckle Bear demonstrated the proper way to install and use car seats to provide optimal protection for children. Robinson’s presentation was part of the Oswego County Opportunities Community Baby Shower. Hosted by Oswego Hospital and co-sponsored by the Oswego County Breastfeeding Coalition, the event included several presentations on the expectations of motherhood and the benefits of breastfeeding. Pictured with Robinson are WIC Breastfeeding Coordinator Mary Ellen Pierce CDN, IBCLC (l), and Amanda Barbera, CLC of REACH CNY (c).
