The meeting will be held at the OCO Main Office, 239 Oneida St., Fulton, in the Board Room on the lower level. The meeting is open to the public and to OCO employees.

Dr. Dykas spoke about Circles of Security and how it benefits adults in building better parenting skills and providing a secure environment for their children. Mr. Hilts shared personal experience with Circles of Security and the positive impact it has had on his family. The guest speakers were arranged by Jen Woodward.
