OCO Installs New Slate of Board Officers

The installation of the 2018-19 slate of officers for OCO’s Board of Directors took place April 4 at the agency’s Annual Meeting, held at Springside at Seneca Hill. From left are: Vice President Jeff Coakley,  Executive VP & Chief Operating Officer, Oswego Health; Secretary Yvonne Petrella, Dean Emerita, Division of Extended Learning SUNY Oswego; President Holly Carpenter, Executive Director, Fulton Housing Authority; Past President Connie Cosemento, retired teacher; and Treasurer Deana Michaels, Assistant VP / Branch Manager, Pathfinder Bank.

Circles of Security changed our lives - James Hilts, a program participant in OCO's Family Case Management service, shared the positive impact Circles of Security has had on his family. Hilts was a quest speaker at OCO's Annual Meeting on April 9.

Dr. Dykas spoke about Circles of Security and how it benefits adults in building better parenting skills and providing a secure environment for their children. Mr. Hilts shared personal experience with Circles of Security and the positive impact it has had on his family. The guest speakers were arranged by Jen Woodward.
